Ekart Logistics — Undelivered unsuccessful without calling me

I have placed the order for iphone 13 on 7th october on Flipkart and it was out for delivery on Monday 9th October, tracking Id is FMPP[protected]. I have not received any call from the ekart wishmaster the whole day. When I tried calling them, they have blocked my number and I have tried calling them 60 times in the day but every time it gives me the message that the number you are calling is busy. At the end of the day, they have marked the item as unsuccessful Undelivered. Recheduled for delivery on 10 October 2023, but there is no response from ekart yet for out for delivery. I need the item urgently as it is a birthday gift. I cannot explain my situation as how much emotional I am today. Please fix this issue.
