On day 1, delivery boy called at 5pm and i was at office so i couldn't hand over my return parcel and asked him to wait for my call but he rescheduled it on the next day. He didn't bothered to pick my call that day.
On day 2, he dialed at the same time. I asked why he always call during office hours, when he stays nearby and knows my office timing. It was decided i'll reach early and hand over my parcel. But due to his arrogant nature, he cancelled the return pickup and marked that customer decided to keep the product. He didn't bothered to answer my several calls.
Due to this behavior, i was unnecessarily harrased and had to contact customer care to get my pickup rescheduled. Was this information helpful? |
