Ekart Logistics — Wrong delivery of item

I had ordered for Adjustable cargo pants from fastlane tracks, an online purchase through instagram. I had applied for option of COD which was worth Rupees 999/-.
On 2nd september 2023, I recieve a message from Ekart Logistics about delivery of Mens t-shirt. I assumed that mens t-shirt is an typographical error and the product must be the cargo pants which I had ordered since the price of both were Rupees 999/-
The packing also came in the Amazon packaging material.
After paying for the product once I opened, I realized wrong item delivered to me, also it was shirt, which was covered with stains, the product turned out to be defective.
Therefore, I request to return the product and refund for the same.
