Ekart Logistics — Wrong product delivered which was not ordered

I received a product which was not ordered but due to miscommunication I have to take it.

When I try to call the number provided on website [protected] they are doing whatsapp call and asking to switch to video, which I did not do so, they also sent few apk files and insisted to open so I have to disconnect the call.

I need my refund of 699/- Rs and the above mention method is not standard to create a refund I feel.
