Elanic — logistic partner has stolen my parcels and i don't get any support from elanic

This is regarding order id: 836188 and 729286. Both the orders were picked up from me and due to some issue at buyer end, they were not delivered to them.

In such cases, the parcel has to be returned back to me. Without any trial of returning it back to me, they updated the status as failed to deliver to me which is a total fraud!!! I want both of my parcels back else i'll launch a police complaint.

I have reported many such incidents of the logistic partner, without even attempting to pick up the parcel, they have updated the status as failed to pick up which is total fraud and elanic has never responded back on such issues.
