Electricity Bill( TSSPDCL ) — Excess Billing

I am quite disturbed to see an inflated electricity Bill. How can I receive such a heavy electricity bill for domestic power consumption during the last month (Feb-March) when I was out of station from 8th of Feb 2015 till 28th of Feb 2015. I am sure that there is a severe mistake in billing such a big amount towards electricity consumed in my house during last month. Also would like to inform you that, when I checked the e Seva online portal page of TELANGANA government through which I had paid an amount of Rs 1310 on 2nd of March 2015, it clearly shows that Rs 209 is pending for payment for this month, where as the electricity bill received shows Rs 1519. Is this how electricity department of Telangana are cheating customers?? I will not make the payment until electricity department of Telangana arranges to make necessary correction and remove the excess amount charged in current electricity Bill. I have received the electricity bill for Rs.1509 for the month of July 2015 whereas I don't have A/c or any high voltage consuming appliances and moreover the house remains closed from 8.30am to 4.00pm as we both husband and wife goes for work and our kids goes to college.There is definitely something wrong in the meter reading or the person is not taking the reading correctly.I request you to take appropriate action in the above case and avoid such blunders in the future.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I’m staying in Plot no 78, TSR Nagar, Meerpet, for the past 2 years, Meter display was gone in the month of June 2020 and replaced on 23rd July 2020. But (without meter reading/we don't know the exact units) for the month of June and July 2020 bills are received Rs 1894 and 1888 /- a very high amount of the electricity bills without meter reading, which is wrong current bills. Average monthly we are paying around Rs 700/- only. We request you kindly consider my old data base from the past one year and request you kindly adjust my current bills amounts immediately. I request to verify the meter (SC No.[protected] USC:[protected] reading database from the past one year and change accordingly (except lock down period).
