[Resolved]  Samsung / Ce1031lfb — pcb fault

I purchased a microwave on 07 April 2009 and its Pcb was not working.I lodged a complaint in service center and company said we don't manufacture this model pcb any more
And sent a cheque of rs. 3594
And the person refused to give me the cheque by saying that he want a service charge of rs 220
And I feel that the amount of cheque is insufficient
Now I am planning to lodge a complain in consumer forum if company don't give me the right response
