Dear sir/ madam I have made on line payment of Rs 2979/- only for Tata Sky HD connection in my residance on 09/03/2013. But due to signal problem the same could not installed. I was told that you will be getting back your refund within 2-3 days.Despite of my repeated querries I did not get my refund till date.The refrence no. of on line transaction made by me intimated on my mail address by your office is 5485757. You are requested to refund the same. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. Provide them your transaction details and they will be able to better assist you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter, secure your money and resolve your issue.
