The hob was purchased about 3 years back but at that time also for installation the company took more than 2 weeks to install on the pretex of it being festival period. The top of the burner has collapsed due to thin metal used to make the burner. Now more than 1 1/2 month back a complaint was registered but no one comes to solve the complaint. Instead ever 15 to 20 days the call to confirm how the service of the non-existant repair person was. On informing that noone has turned up a promise is made but never fulfilled.
