My self danish shaikh from mumbai-badlapur, i am purchase chimney & hob top from prabhat appliance badlapur. 1st i am launch complaint for installation of chimney your technician visit & install the same & taking rs.1200 for installation. This complaint attend after lot of fallow up & after 4days. Now again we launch complaint for hob top installation on dated 5th feb (Complaint no.99_526041), after lot of fallow up & call your technician visit asking for installation charges of rs.500, but when we purchase the same elica person say to prabhat appliances hob top installation charges is free so why we should pay this charges. I am very disappointed your service & your service provider language. Your service very bad, i will return your product to prabhat appliances already intimate to prabhat, i will suggested to my friend circle & family group not to purchase elica product.
