I bought an Elica glass top four burner stove From Eham digital, Thondayad, Kozhikode on 28/4/2022.The stove was installed on 1/5/22. The Technician charged 400 as installation charge, 150 as his TA charge, and 500 for civil work.
The glass top was blasted on 29/5/22, while i eas cooking.All my cooked food became unusable.The technician attended home on 1/6//22.He advised to keep on using the brocken stove until they order a glass top. When i demanded replacement as i have no other facility to cook, he gave me one Mr.Sandreep*s phone number.He said Sandeep is the technical head.I contacted Sandeep.He started blaming me for the blast.He demanded me to accept the glass replacement.He stated that the stove was perfect, and I have to change my attitude, and he doesn't care how I respond, its my personal choice. It has been one week now. I have been buying food from shops.The service department of Elica behaves irresponsibly. They blame customers instead of checking their defective products.
