[Resolved] Elica — Charging extra 500/- rs for otg demo | |||||
I have purchased elica hub, chimney and otg after repetitive complaints to nm invoatio, dealer in marathahalli, bangalore, the dealer has fowarded the service request to the elica service center and to my surprise i got to know that they charge additional 500 rs extra for otg demo, please note that the demo was not given at the time of installation nor it was communicated to customer about the same during the purchase. I would request customer to please refrain from buying elica products as there is no clarity on the after sales service and the dealers (Nm innovation) seems to not care about the after sale service Was this information helpful? | |||||
