We purchased Elica Chimney in Oct ‘21 and the hydraulic motor hasn’t been functioning since. After complaining, technicians visited number of times to fix, and finally took the Hydraulic motor and even the PCB board of the chimney to be repaired! It’s a new one so defect shouldn’t be there and if there is, should be fixed with new spare parts instead of repairing the existing one.
It’s been over a week now and still no update! Total lack of co-ordination between teams and service! I am not able to cook all types of food in the kitchen since weeks and they aren’t bothered to speed up with getting back and fixing it.
