In the march 2023 month contacted service help line and opted for deep cleaning of chimney at hyderabad which is a paid service.
elica has raised ticket with some service contractor and inturn service person perform the said service and left.
next day after that service we found that smoke is not completely blown out.
when we verified the chimney duct, it was observed that duct has no closing lid. it can be guessed that during previous day cleaning by service agent the duct lid might have fallen out.
so for fixing the issue of 'smoke not blowing out', contacted elica service centre and they said it will be a paid service (as 15days crossed from previous service payment date)
so elica has raised ticket with some service provider at hyderabad and service person says alls well by checking with burning incandescent stick with. hence we have demonstrated by using frying pan for understanding of the service person.
any how got fixed the duct with lid of inappropriate size available with the service person. he taken the payment & left without proper fixing
then again called him and he says to call his supervisor where as superviosr says he is busy will call back. that call back did not reach me till now and the issue "smoke not blowing out' not resolved.
contacted your regional GM sales also, no efforts for resolution and Issue still persists.
