Hey Elica India, please come and pick your garbage chimney from my home because you guys are just fooling your CUSTOMERs.
your product is worst ever product of my life and even more worst service by your company. After installation when your product stopped working your technician telling me to install earthing plant/system in my house, that means I need to dismantle my house and install proper earthing plant/system to run this ###/pathetic and worst ever appliance of my house.
So I have some questions can you please answer it because your CC executive telling me to do whatever but we cannot help without earthing plant/system.
Q1-Why they have not told me to install earthing plant/system at the time of installation?
Q2-Why they are fooling CUSTOMER now?
Q3-Is your TAT for service is 2 Months ? because they always come after 2 Months after rigorous follow-ups?
Q4-Is this pathetic product is universal unique and different than my other 20+ appliances which are perfectly working at my home?
Q5-Did they bear the cost of my house re-construction after earthing plant/system installation?
