[Resolved] Elica — Chimney not working...No technician responing the call

We have registered a complaint after chimney stopped working...A person called as technician..then we called him again that he said he would come that day..but responded yet...It has been 1week... pathetic customer care...Why you people give the contract to these type of lazy fellows
