Elica — Chimney repair in Warranty- CRM ID 99_1536845

I raised a complaint for elica chimney repair on 16 Oct 2020 and service engineer visited me on 19 Oct 2020 to diagnose the issue. He diagnosed that Chimney motor and capacitor need to be replaced. He told motor will be ordered from Pune and would take about 10-12 days to arrive at Chandigarh. I contacted customer care after 1 week and then 2 weeks and motor was still not dispatched stating that it is out of stock. I asked to at least give accurate idea of when motor will be available. The customer care agent said that he would arrange callback from service department to provide this information. The call back was not received and still after another 2 weeks I called and motor is still not dispatched from Pune and no dates are provided.

So a month has gone by without the chimney being repaired and no date is provided. If some Elica company rep is looking at this, can you help with this urgently.
