[Resolved]  Elica — claimed warranty on 22nd july, still not resolved.

Have raised a warranty claim request for my cooktop patio ict dt 773 blk which i purchased on june 24th 2018. Warranty claim date is july 22nd 2018.

An engineer visited on july 23rd and made his report and nobody visited after that. I tried calling the dealer many times but i am not getting satisfactory response. They always tells me that they have raised a concern with company. It's been around 1 month and still the issue is unresolved.

I never expected the pathetic service from such a reputed brand.

Service of elica is the worst never buy any product of elica worst experience with elica
Within only one month of stove use it is not working and they are not giving service I am complaining since 15 days they say within 48 hours will call u back n all but I have not received any call yet not even any person has come for servicing
