[Resolved] Elica — cooktop vertro | |||
Its been almost two months, however i didn't get the resolution on my old cook top. Service engineer visited to my place and i have provided all the details for warranty. I was told that elica team will contact you regarding replacing the burner as it has life time warranty. However i didn't get any call or response from any one. Please let me know if i should wait more time or throw my old cooktop as its useless for me without burners. And really i want to understand when elica is saying it has warranty does it really mean for elica? Was this information helpful? | |||

Gas stove burners are not working. After switch on gas stove, it is getting off after 2-3min. need support very urgently.
