I have received the product around a month before and installation guy from Elica called and delayed the process of installation by 2 weeks. He has asked for the pictures of installation kit and the items received. He told they are damaged and he need to bring them. He charged the installation fees and kit fees upfront for Rs1600. It has been a week now and he is not picking up the calls. I have complained to customer care and the CRMid is 99_1618871. There was no response to the request yet.
