I am using Elica Built in Hob and chimney purchased on Aug-2020. The burner rings have shrunken. Gas is leaking from the sides and flame is coming from sides. After a year this problem started. The quality of the burner is very poor.
Called Customer Care. They said product is out of warranty and I have to pay visiting charge and replacing the burners. Total cost of the burners are more than 7K. Which is very expensive compared to the actual cost of the Hob which is only 12K in the market.
Customer care is not ready to log a complaint against the product. They are ready to raise service request only. Called two time and both the times they disconnected the call while talking. Very poor customer service with Elica. Was this information helpful? |
