[Resolved] Elica — Elica built-in-oven is not getting service | |||
Elica built-in-oven is not getting service in spite of raising complaint on the same day and it has been a week since then, need to keep on calling the customer care at bangalore to get this serviced, pathetic after sales service. Do not apologise, your service does not deserve an apology at all, I am still awaiting on the repair of this product since last two months. Extremely fed up of repeated calls to customer care, none of them are attended, in case attended by mistake then give one or the other lame excuse and not render service. I have realized that I have made a blunder buying ELICA product. Better refund the amount that I made for this and keep the product.
