[Resolved] Elica — Elica Chimney | |||||
Hi, I have recently bought a Elica Chimney from you. From the day it was delivered, it is not working . I did complaint for same and some technical persons came with some kits and still issue did not resolve. the delivered take back and again delivered it and again same thing happen, same issue the Chimney was not operating at all . The seal open piece was not operating second time after taken back redelivered. the third time again the chimney taken back and again redelivered may be after some technical correction. So after initial order it took almost than 15 days to deliver the product in working condition. After that the chimney in between keep operating or sometime not at all. so issue is still there it is not resolved yet. and now my chimney is not operative for more than a 20 days. I have call shop owner several times but he is not ready to accept any request since he is done with job of selling the product and earn his commission he redirects us to helpline every time for anything . I have told him this several time the this product is getting inoperative in between and again start automatically again. I have already logged complaint for same but the technical person just came and took some videos and snaps of Hood and not reverted back yet. I am really upset with the product which sole to me it is a Defective products. and the day bought it i am getting continuos errors for same and it is not working at all. I have bought 2 products Kitchen Top and Hood . From first day i facing this issues, How can assure that this product will work properly within 3 months it started showing its defect . it is look like i have bought really unnecessary headache, since this Product did not worked at all since I bought it . I request you can you please look into this issue on priority and replace the product and give me in working condition or another model withouot issues. My Register number is [protected]. I had given a complaint about Elica Hob on 25th June 2017 on [protected]. Till today I have neither received a call from them nor any technician has come home to rectify the same. Have decided to file a case in the consumer court.
