I’ve never been this sick of any customer care as much as i am for Elica… their CC is so sick tat I request the entire world to not buy any of their products!!! I’ve been following up with them for a complaint tat i raised two months back… and till now there is no update abt thr service… but they keep calling me for feedback… how funny is that!!! Now ny chimney is out of warranty and so ultimately u guys literally robbed me!! Guys please DO NOT opt for this company.. time n money waste! The after sales sooo bad!! Was this information helpful?
