I had brought Elica Chimney & Hob last year August 2020. Have been facing problems in the Hob for the last 8 months. My first complaint was registered in December 2020 but till date the same is not been rectified every 1 month your service person visit to check he is not able to identify the issue from past 8 months. I am tired of this issues would request you to refund my money or replace a new hob.
