Purchased elica 3 burner hob in Jul 2019. Starting onwards there was complaints found in burner and repaired by elica service person. During the second lockdown again complaint raised. After so many follow up a service representative came and inspected and identified issue in burner. Since service representative have no new burner in hand, he said he will replace the burner immediately. After so many follow up another representative came with new burner, which he is not able to replace, now he is telling, burner and it's plates are bend. As per him, it is due to boiled water fell on burner and warranty covered only for burner not for burner plate. Since the plate is not available he returned back and I informed him to come with plate and burner and inform elica to not charge amount for burner and plate. Then after no response from elica...
From the above. I understand that elica is using poor quality materials and charging huge amount from consumer using their brand name. Requesting to replace my hob/repair my hob in good condition without cost.
