Very poor product quality as it got delivered with a defective product. One of the burners was not functional due to a sensor issue as told to me. The second technician who visited also gave up stating that this is a new product and he will escalate the issue. Very frustrated and agonised with their customer service and no sensitivity to customer complaints.
