[Resolved] Elica — fooling the customer for the misqoted cost of magnet

your company service people quoted Rs 3500 for a change of magnet in elica microvave oven..how do you think is the customer siuppose to know the cost wen you dont have a rate card for any of it...bad products and this is after 1.5 year of purchase.
