[Resolved] Elica — frequent burner issues with build in hobs | |||
I purchased elica build in hob bj16102419 from bangalore on 13, may 2017. We had to call in service as the burners were not working. We paid a service charge of 295 on 15 nov 2017 to authorized company rep although the hob was in warranty. The service person told to refund the money once we produce the invoice. We again called for service on 3 june 2018 and paid rs 295 again. But problem of burner not working didnt get solved. We called up service on 15 june 2018 (Elica pb pvt ltd) paid 995 rs got the burner replaced. All this within one year of installation. Even today the burners are not working properly.
