Elica — Glass of gas

It’s been more than 25 days. My glass of chula has been broken and they are not ready to provide me a new class. The company has given me an old and used Chula in a very bad condition to use. highly disappointed with company‘s policy. My Gas is in warranty and its been just one month I have purchased it.
