I had purchased Elica Hob, Chimney and In-built Micro-oven exactly an year ago. There was lot of problems on Hob from the day 1 till today. I have raised complaints ‘n’ number of times, each time they send their technician who just provide provide solution for time being again after couple of days the problem continues to happen. After serval complaints the technician informed there was a problem in Spark plug and Jet in Hob. He told us that he will be ordering the new ones and will be replacing them. It’s been almost 2+ weeks going on still they haven’t changed it. I have contacted the manager serval times, each time we call he gives one or the other reason stating it will change soon and some BS . Even the technician doesn’t pick the call. When we contacted the customer care, they told that our complaint was closed. When I questioned without resolving the problem how can they close the complaint, they started blaming us in return. Now since my warranty has expired and still haven’t resolved the issue, the manager and other people from company are telling it will charged as our warranty has expired.
It’s a horrible and worst experience, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GUYS READING THIS TO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY AND FACE THE PROBLEM I DID.
Buying a quality product is not important, their life time service is the one that matters the most.

In customer satisfaction details, the technician is filling all the details and telling us only to sign the copy. I don’t know what system they are following. I need my problem to be fixed asap.
I don’t want any kind of reason stating my warranty has expired.
