[Resolved] Elica — horrible after sale delivery | |||
I have purchased a built in microwave from elica. Due to some reason the machine stopped working. I filed a complain with the company on 20th september 2019 to repair the micro wave and get it to the working condition. Since then my machine still doesnt work. Inspite of calling them every single day. The company has not addressed to this problem. Its been one and half month since i filed this complain. I want a refund and want the company to take the faulty machine back. Would never recommend anyone to buy this company product due to horrible after sale service. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have registered my complaint at elica customer care no 4 days back. I was assured that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but even after calling repeatedly to customer care number no engineer has visited even after 4 days.. Such a pathetic service from elica. Kindly resolve my problem at earliest
