[Resolved] Elica — Incapable service | |||
We had gone ahead and purchased an Elica Kitchen Hob and Hood in Bangalore October last year with great expectations considering the good reputation of the brand internationally. We noticed PROBLEMS just 15 days after buying it. I have been following up with Elica service centre to resolve a long pending complaint, but it seems all is going to the deaf ears.This PRODUCT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT I' AM UNDER THEIR MERCY FOR THE SERVICE, it has been over 5 months that we are following up on it.nothing is being done, I honestly am losing patience over this and I think what they're doing is trying to run out the warranty of 1yr by delaying it..
