Dear sirs,. I purchased an elica chimney wide po order number 25augst 2017
From i. H. B enterprises bannergatta road bangalore 76.[protected].
On 30th august the mechanic came from installation and partly did the job and did not fixed the duct cover. The duct cover needs to be cut for which he will come afterwards with the necessary instrument. He will be charging rs. 500 for installation plus rs.400 for cutting the duct cover. My submission is that the theychimney has been fixed at 75cm above the cooking plane. Had he fixed it at about 70cm., lgthere would have been no need to cut the duct cover and no extra payment of rs. 400 to the mechanic would be payable. It appears that the mechanic has intention ally fixed the chimney at higher point to get an extra payment which is not fair. The mobile number of mechanic is [protected].
