So, I called elica customer service for kitchen hood cleaning. A lady from the service side asked me to purchase AMC which I had no idea about. She gave me details about amc, and she told me that it is available at your location. So I purchased it from their site on 24 December. So I waited for a few days hoping that I would get service, but I didn't get a call from Elica. After a few days, a technician called me and told me that you won't get the benefits of amc you have to pay for service. So I again called CS and they told me that it was available ... Total miscommunication between CS and technicians, they had totally different idea of AMC scheme. So I asked for a refund. They initially said they couldn't give a refund.I told her that I needed my money as promised, they told me that I should get service done... So I thought that I had already paid them, so I asked for a technician to visit me on 12 Jan... The technician didn't visit.I called several times but he didn't receive my call. I waited for the next day also, but he didn't come. So I asked again for a refund. Now they are saying we have started the process and you will soon receive money into your account.They didn't ask me in which account I have to get my refund into, and also they haven't given any time line initially.So, it's been almost 3 weaks since I purchased AMC and I was not given benefits of AMC, neither did I get deep cleaning nor i received my money.
I asked them to mail me details of what exactly is happening, I haven't got any yet.
They said me that you will get money within 2-3 working days, but looking into last 3 weak's experience I am not hopeful about it.We are living in 2023 it should not take so much time to give basic facility or refund money digitally.
