Mr name is Fernandes, I bought a new Chimney from Elica in August 22. As work in the house was not done in August, we opened the box in September when the installation person came to check on it.
The front part was damaged.. They said to call the Service Centre and lodge a complaint. We did the same on October 20th and they said it will get done after Diwali.
I have been following up since then but they do not respond or tell me to wait till the part comes. They say they will call back. but never a call comes back
Very dissapointed with the service from Elica. Its the first time i bought an Elica product.
