[Resolved] Elica — no response from the customer care after several complaints - chimney | |||||
Dear sir, i bought chimney in dec'17 and it makes huge noise like mixer from the day 1. So many times i had made complaints on this and some mechanic also came but end of the day they couldn't solve the issue. The product is kept unused for the past 6 months. I request you to replace with the new one or kindly service the chimney. There were no proper response from the customer care and when ever i call them they say that they have informed the service center and it will take 2 to 3 days for the spare parts to be get arrived. Its waste of money for me. Please take action and do the need full at the earliest and then you can say that you are world no 1. Was this information helpful? | |||||
