Elica — Noise level very very high

Hello Team its been 2 months now i have raised complaint to elica people for my chimney . sound level is like a generator of that chimney . you can hear the sound even if you are standing 20ft away from it . elica people is not giving me any solution . i am repeatedly following up but no response or resolution from their end . their technician have visited me 2 times and both technicians confirmed its a fault in product model and this needs to be replaced . even i got call from customer care that my chimney will be replaced but no one came till now . i request you to take this up on serious note and help me get the resolution for same
