I am writing this email with super frustration. We had a power surge in our house as a result my Elica Chimney stopped working. Booked service from Elica and tech visited our house and told Motor and motherboard have gone due to power surge. Said motor has 10 years warranty where he said will claim and replace the motor and I have to bear the cost motherboard. I agreed. It was happened on 8th Dec 21 . Now I am at Feb 22. No response from the tech or his agency simply blaming not received the replacement from Head office. Called support twice every one apologizing but still no response. When I asked for manager agent hung up on me. I am completely lost trust and respect on Elica and I would not recommend this company and products to any of my family and friends. I swear.
Planning to throw the chimney to garbage.
