Hello Sir/Mam,
This is the worst service I have seen so far, we have raised a complaint to replace the damage part of our chimney mother board. After installing the chimney we used for a month and later the mother board got damaged, it's been like around 4-5 months we have raised our complaint, but it's not been resolved. When ever we try to reach to the Customer care they are like it's not yet dispatched. We can't tolerate this kind of service to words the customer. It would be really helpful to resolve this issue within a week time else please do a refund to our product we would be very happy.
