After installing my built in oven, Elica has not sent any techinician to explain or give a demo. The after seeing that the fan is not working in the oven, I complained time and again to Elica but did not get any response. The Elica dealer who sold this item to me so has shut down the place.
Finally after 2 years of complaining, a technician came and took the fan in the oven for replacement. That was last month. He has not called and does not pick calls.
Please do the needful immediately
