[Resolved] Elica — sold defective product. installation & repair not completed for over 10 days. | |||
It's been more than 15 days we bought elica chimney, and more than 10 days product was delivered. Installation request was placed on the day of delivery of product. The installation technician unpacked the item, but handled the item very roughly during his attempt to complete the installation. Also the technician was not at all polite, and spoke rudely. After the installation there was a loud noise from the chimney, so the installation technician suggested to contact elica customer care, and submit a repair request. The next repair technician checked the item and informed that the blower need to be replaced, and made a note if details and left. After a week another repair technician arrives with replacement blower and tried to replace the part.in the attemp he noticed a damaged housing that was causing the noise, and therefore informed about replacement of housing and left. He promised that he or his colleague will return with a replacement part on monday i. E.[protected], but so far no one came and we are still waiting. It has been a very disappointing & most pathetic customer service i have ever received. I'm not sure if this complaint will go to the right person to take necessary remedial action, but i sincerely wish to escalate this even further. Poor service!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
