[Resolved] Elica — technician did not visit after complaining

I had called the customer service 5 days ago for repairing the built in microwave they said the technician would come in 24-48 hours. The technician called and said he would come the other day but till date he didn't show up. I took a leave from the office that day. Tried calling him a couple of times but he didn't receive the phone either.
I called the customer care again yesterday and again the process started but nobody visited up till now.
