[Resolved] Elica — the elica chimney with sr no kf16263348 is not working when tested by the technician while installing

Recently i got elica chimney with sr no : kf16263348 from nm innovations shop (# 27, shop no. 3, r. J. Garden, marathahalli outer ring road,, anand nagar, aswath nagar, chinnapanna halli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037). I got the chimney delivered from. The shop on 2nd oct 2017. I had to follow up with elica technician to get it installed till now everyday. Today finally the technician came and when tested the chimney the chimney is not working. It's a damaged product..
