Elica — Worst experience of Built-in-hob

Worst experience. I bought a chimney and built in hob of 4 burner 3 years ago from Darshan Hardware, Rajouri Garden, Delhi . But it was my biggest mistake to go with Elica. A very smart technician named Ram Dass, who doesn't even know the difference between PNG and LPG, came to my house for installation. We are suffering till today what was done by that technician. I called customer care again. Now they are saying that this model has become very old, its burners are no longer available. All its burners will be replaced and one will cost 1730/-. Along with technician visit charge 413/+18% GST will be applicable. And they will not have any guarantee either. I won't recommend anyone to buy elica products. Very horrible and expensive experience. After using products, Elica's standard is totally different from a international company.
