We bought the membership by paying rs.1.06 lakh on sept.30, 2018. We tried calling for membership card and other offers they had promised, but they are not responding to our requests. Recently we tried calling customer care, but it is also not reachable. Imran & nayeem, both were reachable some months back, but now they too are not reachable.
Please refund our money as we have paid it by credit card and paying it on emis.

I've paid 37500 for the membership after that no one pick up call and after 2 months all phone line and mail address disconneted

The sale manager saddam came to my office just to convince my daughter as i said i need to ask my daughter before this.

I bought the holiday package from elite group of loyalty services in february and now when i am looking to plan a trip, all the executives have their phone switched off. I visited their malad office, however i got to know that they have closed the office. I am not able to get in touch with anyone from the company. I have paid 2lacs for this membership and have not even used a single trip.
I need my entire hard earned money to be refunded by the company.

I have paid 1 lakh using my credit card for plot, gym membership and eevnt passes like ipl.

Till now. No services started. When asked them seriously they gave me 2 cheques of 50 k each. Now they were returned. Now o am filing 138 and 420 against the company.

Who promised me all the services and have fake information as the company provides 5 yr. Emi option on my credit card which made me pay 1l through my card.

This person provided the cheques from company. When asked, why he gave wrong info that the company had venture in yadagiri gutta area, he questioned _ you want info? Or cheques? He is v smart.
Knows how to convince anyone to cheat.

Recently a group of 10 people approached the company @ himayat nagar office. So he they had to pay all those 10 peple. We all need to be united to get our money back.

Now they have vacated the premises.

My brother bought a plot in the scheme which provides hospitality services for the family and their nearest relatives. I also bought a plot without the scheme as i can utilise the option from my brother. Before i booked a plot i informed them about the complaints registered against them on their website, the agent has explained that the people who have not paid the full amount have been requesting for the services and they have not provided the services. The customer then started complaining against the company. My brother and i have paid the total amount for the plots. I was told that we need to inform 10 days in advance about the travel plan. For booking they have provided a number which is not in use. When we contacted the agent, we could get him after a few attempts only. He promised to give alternate numbers for the booking but he never came back in the same. Tried to call him but never picked up the calls. After paying full amount also they are not providing the promised services. This is absolutely unfair and we are cheated. Please think before you plan any thing from elite group

This is a complete insanity where this group is doing scams in mumbai and no action is taken against them. I have taken membership in 14dec'18. I was chasing for membership but not yet received. I saw many complaints on the website and got assurance that i am cheated but will not let it go. I am calling on this no [protected] every alternate days where someone pickup the call and say everyone is on leave or call back after sometime.

We have also been asked for membership and has paid 2.95 lacs for their travelling membership and plot in feb 2019 and till date they have not given even a membership, nor giving accommodation for travel i asked for. Whenever we call or send the email they tells only story and false promises.
For site visit they call me on holidays and switching off contact number repeatedly. When i ask why did they call me on there holidays they just apologizes and same repeats.

I have taken the holiday membership by paying 80000 in december 18 and now when i called up to book the holiday, all numbers are switched off.
First they filled up a small form at central goregaon link road and they started calling for free gift at malad office and there they convinced us to buy a holiday package.
I paid by credit card and now when i m calling to book the holiday all numbers are off. Please help

I have also lost my 50000 thousand rupees. After fighting with them & they agree to give me 40k refund, they gave me a 2 check for 20k of 07/2/2019. Today i got a message that the check has been dish onoured. Chq no [protected] for inr 20, 000.00 issued.
I am also going to complaint to this fraud company guys...

I have taken membership from Elite group of loyalty services for 5 yrs on 3rd nov 2018 and they promised us to give travel packages, by paying 1 lac 5 thousand rupees through my credit card but aftr taking money this company people does not pick up call and do not provide any service. Mr Abbas Moula, line manager ([protected]/[protected]) email id [protected]@elitegroupofloyalty.com is fake he has sold us this product by promising tht they will give 2 grm gold coin and 30 voucher and other facility will be given within a monthbut now his both the nos are switched off and the customer care nos [protected]/[protected] are also not reachable. Elite group of loyalty services this company is doing scams of holidays membership with the promise of plots. After collecting lakhs of rupees they are not allotting plots and not resonding to our calls even we call number of times.
They are not providing services what they promised. They said plot will be registered in 40 days, but even after 6months no progress. Planning to file a cheating case if they did not respond soon. Please beware of this company don't give money to them.

Elite group of loyalty services is fraud company. Cheated hundreds of people and main owner arif sayyed has absconded with crores of rupees. Those who are victims of this fraud plz come forward and give ur statement to malad police station. It's very important to expose these people worldwide. V need to fight against them unitedly and come forward. V need to help police find main accused arif sayyed and recover our money

I have taken membership on 09december 18 by paying 1.01 lakhs in malad office. Money was paid by my credit cards. Trusted for the sake of family and new india commitment for zelo tolerance for corruption but still people are making money by wrong ways.. Hopefully waiting for any positive.. We joined the elite group of loyalty service on 2nd feb 2019 since then we did not heard back from them. No one is picking up the call or responding to the request. We paid 1, 05, 000 inr. Please help us get back our money back.

Company has assigned shahbaaz shaikh and amit halde as my relationship manager, but after a month there cell phones are switched off even there customer care number is switched off.

We hv taken membership from elite group on 20feb at their malad office. We paid them 120000 fr 5year membership. Against membership they. Offered us a free voucher fr lonavala. Which we mailed on their emial i'd and told them to book for 21march. Most imp thing there bombay office number was switched off on third day of taking membership. We had to speak to their hyderabad office number. They booked a resort in lonavala. We chkd in on 21march and found out that booking was for 21apr. Son we were gvn fake dates voucher. We want our money back and we will move a police complain as there numbers are all unreachable of hyderabad also now. Kake nd bogus company.

Hello there! Myself a doctor who is the victim of this fraudulent company. I had taken the membership on jan 19, 2019. They were boasting of their free gifts & vouchers. Girl called poonam was the one who make me induce rs 10, 000. I physically visited their malad office asking for refund but a person called mrunali was so rude & was telling it can't be refunded and told me to write a letter & put up mail too. But no answers to any of the mails & calls. Please help me to get my hard earned money!!

I suresh sirodkar became member of elite group of loyalty services on 25th december 2018 by paying rs.1, 25, 000. There were lots of claims about gifts and services which would be provided by them.
Following services were to be received by us within 1 month from getting registered:-
1. Two grams gold coin
2. Imagica passes
3. Gym membership of 2 years
4. Kitchen set
Of which none o[censored]s is been received till date.
After a month none of the sale executive was answering the phone & there phone is coming switched off.
The head person naming manish patil whose phone is still ringing not answering the call & last he picked up giving a hope that it is not a fraud company & customer care will give you a call & then we receive call from hyderabad customer care which is again inefficient & saying we have no records of mumbai members.
Mumbai sales executive naming imran malik, shabbas shaikh & poonam mishra are the one who gave false claims and now there phone is switched off.
Requesting you to take some action as there are more than 100 aggrieved members and hoping there hard earned money back.
