I have taken this elite loyalties 5 year package in jan 12 2019 by paying 1.06 lac through credit card. They said that i will get elite member card with 2gm gold now it's already a two month they have not given any services and whenever i try to call their phone number were switched off. Mr nayeem sheikh and mr imran malik explained about the schemes now both of their number were switched off. I want refund of my hard earned money. Please help. I am the sole earning person in my family. Please help.

I was induced to take membership of elite group and i paid 55, 000/-. But after getting the agreement all the offers were missing and was totally different as promised by their representatives. Immediately i ask to refund the amount. They told me to email and call to hyderabad office. Despite of several msg, email and calls they failed to refund. Hence it is requested to this forum to resolve my problem and help me to get my refund as earliest.

We took a package on 8th dec' 18 for 1lacs but we paid 25000/- to experience their services. Whenever we call or send email or meet them personally they tells all sorts of stories and promises that all your complaint and grievances will be resolved. But they never resolve any of our complaints.
I have been calling them from last two months, but no response came from their side. Also i've emailed them but no response on that as well....

We took a package in november for 1.5lacks after which they promised us refund of 25000/- in march as they could not arrange trips for us. Now their numbers r switched off vr unable to get our money back. We were promised to get a 2gm gold coin if v make payment using debit card but v never received it inspite of follow up. Mr abbas gave this policy and was in touch with us on whats app also giving is false hopes about their services till february. Now all their contact numbers are switched off.
Please help us get refund

Hello, i just wanted to tell you is elite group of loyalty is a fraud company as it promised us for various services. But when we tried to contact them, the customer care number is always switched off. Also their email id says the address is invalid. They claimed to be in contact via sms or emails but they didn't. Also i called the takeover manager ms shaheen sayyed but she is also not picking up the calls. Also nobody is tracable. I took the membership on 21st dec'2018 of rs.1.2 lacs for 3 years. I call them for gym services which they claimed to provide us but now they are unable to contact. I have been calling them from the last two months, but no response from that side. Also i've emailed them then too no response. I want refund as i am not getting any services they promised to provide us.

This company is the biggest fraud company and they take their room for making membership. Once customer paid amount after that they never keep their promise. They told there will be 3 assured gift & if we will be eligible then u will be getting big gift. They took customers inside room & were asking questions about holiday planning. They were forcing to take 5 yrs membership. They forced us to pay 2, 31000 rs through credit card for 10 years and we did the payment through credit card emi option.
But later on we came to know its as fraud company we asked for refund but they denied also uptil todays date they are not attending any calls and also they didnt provided any services,
Please help me to get my money back... We had also filled an chargeback to the credit card company but they are asking for the merchants cancellation mail.. Since its an fraud company they will not provide the mail..

The company is fraud, has u guy know that they call, and cheat people. I have also lost my 40000 thousand rupees. After fighting with saddam manger of sales they agree to give me my refund, after arguing they gave me a check for rs 40000 of 28/2/2019. Today in after noon i got a message that the check has been returned. Now i am going to file a 420, 134 case on the company. If anyone has a idea plz call 865222a43a40

They have been asked for membership and has paid 60k for their 10 membership in october 2018. Whenever we call or send the email they tells only story and promises that all your complaint and grievances will be attended and will be resolved.
I even asked to refund the money, they simply tells it is against company policy..
This company not providing services. Customer service people not lifting calls and cheating public. Please do some thing on that company and return my money sir. Please do the needful

This is a humble request that anyone who has be duped by this fake and fraud company in mumbai, could you please message me privately with your name and genuine email address.

I'm also duped that's why wanna need your help in making a group of people. Have approached legal authorities and this is their suggestion so that we all can in bulk lodge a serious complaint and claim our individual hard earned money.

Elite group of loyalty service is fraud company they took money from inocent people and promising for holiday package, complimentry gifts, movie ticket, gym package, but dose not fulfill any of them. When call for service they didnot pickup our phone and then we came to know that this is fraud company. We have filed fir police complaint in malad police station, malad west, mumbai against company. Company owner, sales manager's are absconding. There are more than 100's of people who are cheated and now company is not refunding the amount. I have paid rs. 2 lakh, they are not picking up calls.

Fir is already filed against them in malad police station. Company is fraud. Owners r absconding. Fir no 124 of 2019. There r more then 400 people who are cheated and now company is not even refunding money. I have paid rs.60000 nor giving services. They r not picking up calls, nor getting into contact. Sir, i went to sony emirates building second floor with my family and i have attended the holiday package programe than i took elite group of holiday package of rs.3.00 lacks which i have paid rs.50, 000/- as advance as intallment basis threw my credit card rs.40, 000/- and debit card rs.10, 000/- they promised me to give gifts and life time card activation and 1 plot at yadagiri dist, but they failed to give the same... I tried a lot to contact manager of sri. Thiripathi,,, but he did not attend my calls... I contact sravanthi, kalyan who invites me she tolds that she will solve the problem but not yet soloved, wat can i do sir... I have receipt of credit card, and debit card... And i have voice records of sravanthi, kalyan, thirupathi, asst. Manager

In the month of november 2018 i have taken the membership of elite group of loyalty services. Before that they called me continuely that i won the free gifts. And the conduction program was held.in this meeting they gave me the kitchen bowl set. Imagica passes, movie tickets and free holiday stay. After taking money they won't communicate properly. They told me to mail them before 30 days of holiday dates. I have mailed them in december but till i won't get any holiday from there side. Please help me to refund my money. I have paid 1 lakh to this fraud company.

They continuously target you on calls, and tell about 4 gifts that u have won, and come to attend seminar, the gifts are like kitchen item, movie ticket, imagica pass, n holiday package, i went there and hopefully did not take membership, they gave me number to do movie bookings which is temporarily disconnected, they are big time frauds, dont go to attend any of their seminars & pls raise a complaint against this fraud company in malad west.

I got into an agreement for holiday membership with elite group of loyalty services on 24 Des 2018 of amount rs. 1, 05, 000 for 5 years. They have provided me a holiday gift voucher for 5 days of validity 5 year as a joining gift.in dec 2018, i have decided to use that voucher for DUBAI holiday and placed request to book rooms for the holiday trip to their customer care team by mail. Till now i have not received any proper revert from them for selection of hotels and providing itinerary information regarding the trip. I have been following up with them through mails and phone calls but nothing seemed to be helpful. I have not even used any holiday as per the agreement, simply i wanted to use the holiday gift voucher. This is the kind of treatment shown towards their customers. My hard earned money feels to be lost. This company is cheating me and not providing any of the promised services. I have no trust in this company and i cannot invest my time and energy for months on and on like this to get a holiday each and every time. I want a full refund of the money which i paid during the agreement and sufficient compensation for the very much inconvenience i faced and suffered for all this time.

Can you please let us know the process of getting g refund from elite group of loyalty as they made us paid 1l for membership enrollment and plot allotment. We came to know it's fraud company and there is no proper response from them after taking the membership. They are located beside mercure hotel in hyderabad. Immediate action is much appreciated.

Its a fraud company. This is not any holiday company.in a seminar they will call me and sell a holiday package. After 2 days they will sent courier by holiday package. Even they will will not pick my phone. I am loss my money. Please help me i need money some personal issue

Elite group provides fake google reviews and attracting customers through holiday package and membership. They take money from you and that's it. Forget about it. They say it is new scheme, new offers, tie up with international parties, all stories and make you pay in lakhs. After the amount is transferred they will send dummy vouchers to your address.

My sincere advice to everyone, never pay anything to anyone. Nothing comes for cheap/free. They might come up with new name.
