Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — no resolution provided by epfo - complaint registration number :bannp/e/2020/06819

I had a compliant to epfo against my employer who is not approving my kyc details and hence i am not able to request for withdrawal of my pf, in this crutial times when i need to run my family.
But even after waiting for several days the reply that i got from epfo office was as below-
"your grievance has already been assigned to the concerned section for resolution. However due to the unprecedented situation created due to covid-19 outbreak and consequent county wide lockdown and curfew situation, resolution will be appraised on relaxation of lockdown/curfew stipulations. It is therefore, requested to please bear with us until relaxation of countrywide lockdown/curfew."
This clearly show that in times of difficulties we cant shouldnt except help from such so called govt bodies and that too.. We have to beg around for our own hard earned money..
