Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — not able to withdraw pf and pension

Sir, i was an employee of ranbaxy from july 2007 to july 2016, in between ranbaxy was taken over by sun pharma, mumbai. Now almost 2 years has passed and still i am unable to withdraw my pf and pension as sun pharma is saying that ranbaxy pf has not credited in sun pharma pf. My request you to please settle the issue as soon as possible as i am in debt of rs. 2 lac and paying heavy interest. My uan no. Is[protected]. Please help.

I am appliyed on 3.5.18 online pf loan .But 7.5.18 ebf tracking status ur amount settled . But my accountant not received amount please give me reason
