Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf not-credited immediate attention needed

My two Form-31 claims below were settled in EPFO account but not credited AXIS bank account:

I had raised a grievance (KNBEL/E/2025/03737) for this issue on 30th Oct, 2025 but I see no updates on my case. I tried to follow up on email but an auto-ticket was created with grievance #CSD02/P/2025/01649 on which also I see no update. I am trying to reach out to EPFO office but I am unable to connect to anyone.
